Modern room, clean bathroom, with very friendly and welcoming staff who ensured my single room was comfortable and provided access to spotlessly clean shared showers, making it an excellent choice near the train station for easy exploration.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

The shared bathrooms on each floor clean and well-maintained, providing easy access without waiting. The proximity to the railway station makes it a breeze for travelers coming in from afar, and the views from the windows showcase a lovely slice of local charm.

The rooms lean towards the smaller side, which might feel cramped for some. The rattling door during windy nights can be distracting, especially if stormy weather rolls in. not ideal for light sleepers. Plus, WiFi access seems hit-or-miss, particularly on the top floors where it struggled to connect.

I had a good stay. the food was exceptional, especially the veggie haggis and the fry-up at breakfast. Shared bathrooms were spotless, and my room had a lovely, fresh vibe.

i've stayed here before and it just keeps getting better. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the station, making my cycling adventures so easy. the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was massive and delicious with plenty of options, making my days start off right.

I had a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and a comfortable bed, making my walks to nearby Dunnottar Woods and the picturesque Stonehaven Harbour truly enjoyable, allowing me to soak in the views and history of the area during my two-night visit.

I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Station Hotel Stonehaven. The age-friendly design made it easy for me to move around, and the tasteful decorations added to the charm of the hotel, making my stay delightful.

A bit more soundproofing could enhance comfort.
